(1)If the computer starts normally with a different monitor,the original monitor may be damaged;

　　(2)Is the system equipped with software and updated patches?If so,please uninstall the updated files;

　　(3)After installing the software on the computer,restarting and updating caused a black screen.Wait for the update to complete;

　　(4)Check if the display cable is securely and reliably inserted into the host interface,and then check if the contact between the graphics card and the motherboard I/O slot is good;

　　(5)You can enter safe mode to repair the computer.If you cannot enter safe mode,please reinstall the system;

　　(6)Check if the computer CPU fan is running;

　　(7)Remove all components except for the computer CPU,graphics card,and memory module,and then power up and start the computer.If there is a memory malfunction,there should be an alarm sound.If there is no alarm sound,replace the computer CPU and restart the detection.If the computer still has a black screen,it is recommended to replace the motherboard;
